I have 30 years of experience as an electrician and submetering has become a passion of mine. Northland has high standards and I feel like the precision and integrity of my work is valued here.
Our services are specialized and it’s important for us to provide that special level of service for our clients. My background in business consulting and management helped me to restructure Northland for greater productivity which opened up opportunities for us to incorporate that kind of care into every project.
I’m a California Lutheran University graduate with a degree in business management. I have over 20 years of experience in customer service at a corporate level and I’m able to apply that degree of service for our customers here at Northland.
I enjoy the technical and problem-solving aspects of meter reading. Our meter reading service includes a high level of customer service which my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and 15+years of experience in hospitality have prepared me for.
My 20 years of IT experience and extensive knowledge in networking has helped us to understand the different software and technical requirements needed for each meter system and their communication protocols.”
